The Westbrook Elementary Parent Teacher Club (PTC) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organized for the purpose of supporting the education of children at Westbrook Elementary by fostering relationships among the school, parents and teachers.
Purpose
The PTC shall work with the school’s parents, teachers and administrators for the benefit of the entire school. The PTC shall help in the organization of extra curricular activities and participate in fundraising efforts. The PTC shall seek to promote child welfare in home, school and community through the cooperative effort of parents and teachers.
The PTC shall try to provide for the many needs of the school not supplied by the Roseville City School District. In addition, the PTC will provide additional leadership in seeking new ideas for improving the physical school grounds and to raise funds for classroom and campus extra curricular activities. Through its fundraising efforts, the PTC can provide funds for programs and services that benefit the school site or its curriculum. The PTC may seek to provide funding for classroom field trips, assemblies, year-end celebrations and after school enrichment programs or clubs.
